Miss Tan Lim Yan began her career as a Civil/Structural Design Engineer at a local engineering consulting firm, where she gained hands-on expertise in designing diverse infrastructure projects.
Leveraging her technical background, she transitioned into property management, overseeing projects from conceptualization to procurement for multiple housing developments.

Kevin Tan graduated with B. Sc. in Production/Operation Management from Iowa State University of U. S. A. in 1997. Upon his return, Kevin has been assigned to be in charge of the overall administrative management of Leva Group of companies. Utilising his 23 years of working experiences in the property industry, Kevin contributes to the growth of our company with his best expertise.
