Leva Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. is one of the well established companies incorporated since 1981 and stands with a paid-up capital of RM1,830,003 presently. The company was originally established by our founder, Madam Lim Phaik Eng in 1981, whereby she has just retired recently after her long active involvement in the property development and investment business for the past 30 years. The company had been started as a general investment company, and later ventured in Leader Cable Industries Sdn. Bhd. (presently known as Leader Universal Berhad). In 1990, our company had diversified and maintained as a family-run property investment company. Now, with the establishment of the new management team that is entirely from the university graduates of the family members, Leva Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. is making its wave with its venture in property development, construction as well as plantation.
Presently, Leva Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. has four subsidiary companies where each company plays its critical role in generating various income for the holding company. IGM Properties Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary company, with a paid-up capital of RM3 million, has developed high-rise luxurious apartments, residential and commercial projects in Sungai Dua, Penang. Being a subdidiary company of IGM Properties Sdn. Bhd., Canivest Corporation Sdn. Bhd. with a paid-up capital of RM425,000, has completed developing a block of 9-Storey medium-cost flats in also Sungai Dua area of Penang. Another subsidiary company, Enava (M) Sdn. Bhd., has invested in a piece of 20-acres agricultural land in Ara Kuda, S.P.T.; it is currently having a joint-venture business with TNT Plantation Sdn Bhd. for 'longan' plantation. Moreover, our company also owns a construction company, Winning Talents Sdn. Bhd., that is registered with Pusat Perkhidmatan Kontraktor (PKK), class "B" and specialised in building and civil engineering works and has carried out many of the company's development projects and other tendered projects. Leva Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., had completed two housing development projects in Kulim, namely Taman Murni Indah and Taman Serindit in 2003 and 2008 respectively. Several other new planned projects with details as stated in 'Future Project', will be launching in the upcoming years.

Upon graduation from U. S. A., Miss Tan Lim Yan started joining a local engineering consulting firm in Penang, M/s Mustafa, Wong Dan Rakan-Rakan Sdn. Bhd. as a design engineer. From there, she has extensive hand-on experiences in civil and structural designs for various projects. Later on, Miss Tan had worked as a resident engineer for Canivest Corporation Sdn.. Bhd., whereby she in-charged of monitoring a block of 9-storey flats at Sungai Dua, Penang. Miss Tan, later on, had switched to work as a project manager for 1GM Properties Sdn. Bhd. for a greater exposure in the property industry, whereby she has involved in the development and delivery of a block of 16-storey apartment from the Conceptual stage up to the procurement. Currently, she owns a project management firm, namely Metropolitan Project Management providing property development and project management services inclusive of project financial feasibility studies, cash flow analysis, and civil & structural consultancy. At the same time, she is also one of the directors and shareholders of Paragon Spring Sdn. Bhd., a newly established property development company with its latest completion of 15 units of 3-Storey Luxurious Semi-Detached Houses in tanjung Tokong, Penang. In addition, she is also a director of TNT Plantation Sdn. Bhd. with activities of longan and banana plantaion carried out in SPT, Penang and Lunas, Kulim. Presently, with a total of 19 years of working experience, Miss Tan is actively involved in the overall management of her family-based company - Leva Group of Companies.

The brother of Miss Tan Lim Yan, Mr. Tan Lim Hwa graduated with B. Sc. in Production/Operation Management from Iowa State University of U. S. A. in 1997. Upon his return, Mr. Tan had been assigned to work and in-charge of the administrative management of IGM Properties Sdn. Bhd. Meanwhile, he is positioned at our branch office, in charges of its overall development. Apart from that; he also actively involves in the political party of Penang where he has acquainted many political members with vast experiences in the property line. Mr. Tan has been utilising his best knowledge and 14 years of working experiences to contribute to our company's growth and development in one way or another. Apart from that, Mr. Tan is presently a shareholder of the newly set-up property development company, Paragon Springs Sdn. Bhd with 15 units of 3-storey prestigious semi-detached houses completed and awaiting for the issuance of O.C. in Tanjung Tokong, Penang. Besides that, he is actively involved in the operation of his plantation company, TNT Plantation Sdn. Bhd., whereby the venture of longan and banana plantation has been carried out in Ara Kuda, Penang. and Lunas, Kulim respectively.
